  You would not be disappointed staying at the Trails End Lodge. It's a beautiful cottage that is well maintained and a gateway to the views and wonders of Georgian Bay and its beautiful little town of Tobermory.

  Owners are awsome people, very thoughtful and friendly. We stayed in the beautifully historic lodge our first visit. Very clean and full of rustic charm. We stayed in the cottage this year and it is perfect. Private deck with views of the bay. Cottage is clean and comfortable. We loved both of our stays here. And we will be back next year for sure.

  The Lodge itself has 9 bedrooms, all roomy and very clean. There are also 3 bathrooms, large kitchen, common area dining room and cozy albeit dark living room area, plus a beautiful path in the back that leads to the rocky edges of the Georgian waters. Wear your water shoes and you can walk into the waters to take a dip, or jump out from the bigger boulders and out to deeper waters! The view from the 2 decks were just fantastic.

  The Lodge is walking distance to the town and marina. Along the way you will see the divers getting into their diving gear and below, a deck from where they walk into the water. There are several fish and chips restaurants, a well stocked supermarket, ice cream parlour, stores and of course the marina. The cruise ships sail out from here to visit the neighbouring islands, most popular is Flowerpot Island. The Lodge is also just a 5 minute drive to Dunks Bay, and about 25 minutes to the Bruce Penninsula Conservation Park.

  Our vacation at Trails End Lodge was with a big group for the August Civic long weekend 2014. This is our second time visiting this lodge and I love coming here again and again.

  Trails end lodge is absolutely beautiful. The family and I really enjoyed our stay! Very clean! Great rates! Arthur the owner is very pleasant! Would definitely be booking another get away at trails end lodge for sure! Its with in Walking distance to the town. Thank you trails end lodge for a wonderful experience!! Definitely recommend!

  Hands down you should book this place next year for your visit to the Bruce Peninsula. The accomodation is as seen in the pictures, very clean and organized. The kitchen is equipped if you prefer to do some cooking and there is also a bbq as well. Walk down to the water's edge via the dock and enjoy the crystal clear water of Georgian Bay with your book or coffee. It is private and quiet and one can easily de-compress from the hustle and bustle of the city. Meet Art the proprietor who is very charming, humble and engaging... Don't forget to watch the gorgeous sunset and admire the mystical constellation in the heart of the night.. So see you there in 2018...
