  Location is great, it's a beautiful walk to town and only 10 minutes. Rooms are small, great for just changing and sleeping. Bathroom has no fan, on cold nights the washroom is better considered an out house. Other than the bathroom temperature, this place is great and the perfect place to stay if you're spending your time in town.

  This is a beautiful, new motel and guest house that is right on the water, and a short stroller walk away from the ferry terminal and boardwalk. The accommodation is comfortable and accessible with heat an a/c independent in each unit. The shower is a big stand up, with a built in seat. The units are clean and well cared for, and the staff make you feel very welcome. The price is a steal for what you get and I am already planning to come back. Just look at the boardwalk the starts outside your door, with plenty of spots for swimming!

  Room was clean, well kept and as expected. Nice amenities like a coffee maker and a fridge, and also a great and friendly staff to complete the package.

  Was a little nervous about staying at a motel. But staff was great, room was bright and clean and most of all very quiet. Heated floors in the bathroom were so nice in the morning. Internet is a little slow, but it's free and to be honest I didn't even expect wifi in the first place. Very close to everything. Would be happy to stay here again.

  Well maintained motel with clean rooms. Friendly and polite staff who were very helpful in orienting us to the town and amenities. Beautiful views from the various lounge decks on the property. Would definitely come again
