  Room 10 (waterfront view) was nice and clean. View from the room was nice; however, we didn't have a good night sleep. We heard footsteps and squeaking from rooms above us at night and early morning. In addition, we heard private boats hitting the dock at night since it was windy outside. They should not have boats close to the resort due to the above mentioned issue. We couldn't fall asleep until 3am. Its better to stay away from the downtown tobermory. Next day we stayed at another motel a little farther away from downtown and had a great sleep.

  The waterfront view from our room was definitely worth the upgrade! The rooms are clean and modern and the beds as super comfortable. The only downside is you can hear everyone walk up and down the stairs in the morning. You can also hear people walk across their rooms from the bottom floor. So if you hate hearing other people it's probably not the best place to stay. The location is great and I would consider visiting again in the heart of summer if the price was reasonable .

  We were looking for a quiet place to stay in Tobermory. Room was clean, comfortable, well appointed. Really enjoyed sitting out on the front lawn by the harbor in the evenings. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Even arranged to have a mechanic come over and look at our troublesome car! And they made sure that the coffee was made before the power went out.

  Very beautiful! Would come back in a heartbeat. Staying in a non-waterfront room, it's simple yet clean. The dock, pub and grounds are all well-maintained and have gorgeous views of Big Tub Harbour.

  Bootlegger's Cove is a really cool little place to eat. Good food, big portions.

  Upstairs room has only one narrow steep old staircase. This might be a fire hazard issue.
